Yulian Malinov

Yulian Malinov was born on July 17, 1981. He graduated from The National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in 2005 in the class of professor Plamen Markov. After his graduation, he started working at Drama Theatre "Geo Milev"in Stara Zagora. He joined the ensemble of Sofia Theatre in 2010. Roles: the young Nayden in “Masters” from Racho Stoyanov (director Plamen Markov) – co-production of Sliven Drama Theatre and New Dramatic Theatre “Tear and Laughter”; Romeo in “Romeo and Juliet” from William Shakespeare – a parody of “Othello” and “Romeo and Juliet” (director Ivaylo Hristov and Atanas Atanasov); Oliver in “As You Like It” from William Shakespeare (director Plamen Markov); Ivan the Terrible in “Ivan Vasilyevich” from Mikhail Bulgakov (director Ivaylo Hristov); Ralf in "Mr. Kolpert" “” from David Gieselmann (director Garo Ashikyan) - "Geo Milev" in Stara Zagora; Proteus in “Two Gentlemen of Verona” from William Shakespeare (director Kalin Angelov); Sotir in “Rage” from Boyan Papazov (director Plamen Markov); John Worthing in “The Importance of Being Earnest” from Oscar Wilde (director Krassimir Spasov); Benedick in “Much Ado About Nothing” from William Shakespeare (director Krassimir Spasov - “Bulgarian Army” Theater - Sofia); Anthony Marston in “And Then There Were None” from Agatha Christie (director Krassimir Spasov - “Bulgarian Army” Theater - Sofia); Capitalist in “The Capital”, a copyright show from Sunny Suninski, New Dramatic Theatre “Tear and Laughter”.
